For general enquiries and business development we rely on legitimate interest in providing recruitment services. For candidate registration and profile sharing we rely on your consent.

Who we share with

We may share candidate information with hiring clients only where you have consented. We use technology providers to run our website and communications: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), and Resend (email delivery). We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 2 years. Candidate data is kept for up to 3 years unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and to object. To exercise any of these rights, email robbie@zerolatencysearch.com.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies. Vercel Analytics may be used for anonymised usage statistics; it is privacy-friendly and does not collect personal data. We do not use advertising cookies.
